Updating to the Student Registration Portlet - December 2024

Pfeiffer University is transitioning to a web-browser based version of our enterprise resource planning system.  And while faculty and staff will be most impacted by the changes, which are occurring in slow, incremental steps, there will also be some changes to the my.Pfeiffer portal tools that our students use.  Beginning in early December, the portlet used to register, add and drop courses is changing.   Students will no longer use 'Class Schedule Search' to build and modify their schedule for an upcoming semester; instead they will use 'Student Registration'.

Hopefully, the majority of our current students who will be returning in January 2025 for the Spring Semester have met with their academic advisors and have solidified their class schedules.  However, those who have not done so and those who need to make adjustments to schedules between December and the end of the Spring add/drop period will encounter this new portlet.

To learn about the features and functionality of this tool, please watch the following YouTube video produced by our software vendor.  Jenzabar Training YouTube Academy
